I had a bruise a few weeks ago on my leg, not sure of the origin, but needless to say it was making practice a bit harder for me. One of the guys at my gym recommended BruiseMD, I found it online through google, I tried it and liked it a lot. Initially, I used the tablets (pineapple and papaya enzymes) and received a sample of the gel (arnica montana). May or may not work for you, but it definitely did the trick. Could be the next big thing!? Good luck.
